Every Refined Pedicure includes thorough nail shaping, gentle cuticle care, customized sole smoothing, skin hydration, and professional polish application or natural buff finish depending on your service selection.
Are your pedicures waterless?
Yes, we specialize in a modern, hygienic waterless pedicure technique that provides deeper hydration, prevents cross-contamination, and delivers longer-lasting results for your polish and skin.
How do I know which pedicure is right for me?
Our Essential Pedicure is ideal for routine maintenance, while our Deluxe or specialized options offer extended massage, targeted exfoliation, and advanced hydration for tired feet.

What’s the difference between Essential and Essential Max?
Essential provides foundational nail and cuticle maintenance with light hydration, while Essential Max includes extended callous smoothing and an extended massage.

What’s the difference between Classic and Deluxe?
Classic covers all essential nail grooming and finish, whereas Deluxe incorporates an extended lower leg massage, organic scrub, and nourishing dermal masque.

Which pedicures include polish?
All of our standard services include regular or non-toxic polish. If you prefer bare, high-shine buffed nails, that option is always available upon request.

Can I book a pedicure without polish?
Yes, simply let your specialist know or select our Essential Pedicure or Essential Pedicure Max option when booking for a clean, natural buffed finish without color.

How long should I allow for my appointment?
Most appointments range between 45 and 60 minutes depending on the service selected. We recommend arriving 5 to 10 minutes early to settle in comfortably.
Is the Children’s Pedicure suitable for all ages?
Our gentle Children’s Pedicure is tailored for guests aged 12 and under, focusing on soft shaping, light hydration, and fun, non-toxic polish.
What if I have a foot or nail concern?
Please mention any concerns prior to your service so our technicians can adapt techniques, or advise if a referral for a medical assessment is recommended

Do you offer pregnancy pedicures?
Yes, our Pregnancy Pedicure is specifically crafted with ergonomic seating, pregnancy-safe botanicals, and gentle swelling relief tailored for expectant mothers.
Can I get a pedicure while pregnant?
Pedicures are generally safe and deeply relaxing throughout pregnancy. We avoid harsh chemical treatments, aggressive pressure points, and boiling foot baths.
Can I book a Pregnancy Pedicure in my first trimester?
Yes, our gentle protocol is suitable across all trimesters, focusing purely on comfort, gentle hygiene, and safe hydration.
Can I book later in pregnancy?
Absolutely. Many guests visit during their third trimester for relief from foot fatigue and to enjoy clean, groomed toes before delivery.
What makes the Pregnancy Pedicure different?
It features extra cushion support, non-toxic unscented or mild organic creams, avoided reflexology acupoints, and light circulatory strokes.
Does the Pregnancy Pedicure include a foot massage?
Yes, it includes a gentle, soothing massage designed to ease tension while intentionally bypassing sensitive pressure points around the ankles.
What if my feet are very swollen or painful?
We adjust our touch to be ultra-gentle, focusing on cooling hydration and comfortable elevation without irritating tender skin.
Do I need to remove gel polish before my Pregnancy Pedicure?
If you currently wear gel, please add a gel removal to your booking or remove it prior so we allocate appropriate time for your visit.

Helpful information to prepare for your appointment, including cleanliness, tools and special considerations.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
No preparation is needed. We recommend avoiding shaving your lower legs within 24 hours of your appointment to prevent skin sensitivity.
Do I need to arrive with clear nails?
Regular polish can be removed during your service. If you have gel or acrylic enhancement, please notify us in advance for removal scheduling.
How do you handle cleanliness and tools?
We practice hospital-grade sterilization protocols using medical autoclaves for metal implements, paired with single-use files and buffers.
What happens if you notice a possible skin or nail infection?
For your safety and the health of our community, technicians cannot treat active fungal or bacterial conditions and will gently advise medical consultation.
Can I bring my own polish?
You are welcome to bring a preferred shade, though we supply a broad selection of clean, long-wearing and non-toxic lacquers in our studios.
What if I have accessibility or positioning needs?
Our studio spaces and seating are designed with ease of access in mind. Please let our reception know of any specific mobility requirements upon booking.

How do I choose a location?
Select the location nearest to you when scheduling online to view studio-specific treatment hours, team availability, and transit or parking notes.
How do I book a pedicure?
Appointments can be reserved directly online via our booking system or by contacting our guest experience team by email or phone.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Because we prioritize calm, unhurried appointments, we operate primarily by advance reservation, though same-day availability is published online when open.
What are your hours?
Our studios are open Tuesday through Sunday with evening hours available on select weekdays. Please check your chosen studio for exact schedules.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, a Refined Pedicure gift card can be used toward any pedicure at any Refined Pedicure location. Gift cards are available for purchase in person or by phone.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellation so we may offer that dedicated time to another guest.
